Full Build and Candidate Lines Projects

InVivo Biosystems bills on a 50/50 service payment plan for Full Build and Candidate Lines projects.

The first 50% is required for project start and is non-refundable. The second 50% is paid at end of the project and is only billable if a line is delivered.

Custom Injection Mix and Inject Express Projects

Payment in full is due for Custom Injection Mix and Inject Express project start and is non-refundable.

At the request of WormBase, genetic variation generated and recovered by InVivo Biosystems should retain the “knu # “ allele designation provided.

Allele names can be ascertained from either product shipping documents or by emailing InVivo Biosystems . For example: The strain gene-1(knu123[GFP::gene-1]) was generated by InVivo Biosystems .

Yes, we offer custom injection services where you provide the gene editing idea in your strain receive professionally prepared injection mix containing all of the required molecular components to achieve your desired custom genetic edit. You will, however, require access to microinjection rig, technical skills for proper injection, and the ability to screen and select final desired strain(s).
