Continuity of business in response to COVID-19

As the situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak changes daily, we wanted to advise you on how we are addressing the issue at InVivo Biosystems.

Our top priorities are the health and safety of our employees and ensuring that our customer’s project can continue uninterrupted. This effort starts with our internal readiness efforts. Internal teams have already been implementing work continuity efforts (running our teams in shifts) and planning for other contingencies related to COVID-19 to minimize any potential disruptions. We’re in regular communication with our customers and business partners and will be communicating, assessing and adapting as needed.

We continue to be focused on delivering excellent customer service. Some staff are working from home but our offices are open, and we continue to be busy starting, running, and shipping customer projects and products.  We have contingency plans in place to handle changes as they arise.

Currently we have not witnessed any delays in getting projects completed and we are using technology and connectivity to help us communicate, conduct collaborations digitally, and deliver presentations remotely with success.

We have encouraged our staff to avoid travel where possible for the next month or until we see an end to the current situation.

Finally, we have had a few customers tell us about disruptions in their own work. We know your work is valuable so if we can help you in any way, please reach out and let us know.

Please feel free to talk to an InVivo Biosystems technical sales specialist or contact us at [email protected]  if you have concerns about your project or a specific request. We will be happy to think creatively about ways to ensure your objectives and timelines are achievable in this uncertain environment.

We hope you and your loved ones remain healthy,

-Your team at InVivo Biosystems
