Enhancing Zebrafish Screening with Fluorescent Marker Injections

We often inject with a fluorescent marker of sorts to help the screening process. Here we have injected rhodamine, a red marker and fluorescein, a yellowish green marker. Now we can pick our embryos and process them for use in molecular assays Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoyed our zebrafish video tour.
